Fancy Feet inserts are made with Enlighten-U, a breathable, high-performance foam material that keeps feet cool and dry, and attach with an adhesive backing that keeps them securely in place. These cushioned inserts fit most shoe sizes but can be trimmed from the heel if necessary.
