Cushions are designed to fit the contour of the heel section of the shoe. Reduces about 1/4-ish of sizes. This makes shoes a bit tighter. Gel material stops your feet from slipping in and out of your shoes.

* Make sure your shoe has room around the Heels for these pads to fit like a charm. 
 
* Take some time to adjust the position until you feel comfortable. 
 
* Most suitable for flat surface leather lining shoes. 
 
* Removable and washable. If they lose stickiness, tear off and rinse them under water, then keep them dry. They can be used again.
