Trim-to-fit: please follow the sizing instruction for the best fit. You can trim the toe area to fit in your shoes. It may depend on the width of your heel, if the size will fit or not. However,it is not recommended to trim the sides of the heel because it may alter the placement of the heel cup.
Instruction for Cutting: 1. Remove the original manufacture insoles from your shoes and place it on top of our insoles; 2. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel; 3. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line on Insoles by tracing along the toe section of the manufacture insole; 4. Cut the insoles along the cutting line.
