This luxurious 6mm custom fit insole features a prfrm thermo-moldable top layer and thermoplastic inner shank. It’s designed to protect against impact and support the foot’s natural range of motion. They slip in easily and enhance the performance of any footwear. The size conversion from men’s to women’s is a generally a difference of 1.5 sizes. A men’s size 8 = women’s size 9.5. But, because these soles are unisex and only produced in whole sizes,the difference is reduced to 1 whole size.
