    You just need to use it as per the instructions, might take a few weeks to see the results completely but it does the job. If you use it randomly, you get random results. One of the most effective and cost effective solutions I have found so far.

    My daughter (8yrs old) has had excessive peeling feet that she says were burning when she would do any sort of exercise or we are shoes for too long. I figured it was probably athletes foot or some sort of fungal issue. Applied lotion before bed and her feet were soooo much better in the morning. We’re on day 4 and I treated morning and night for 2 days and then went down to 1 time at bed cause I think the fungal infection is gone but want to treat just incase.
    Great product, I’m sensitive to smells and I didn’t find this overly scented and had no issues with it at all. Great product!

    This completely cleared up my athletes foot. I didn’t even use it as much as it indicates. Sometimes twice a day, but mostly only once a day, and some days I forgot. But it cleared it up in good time.

    I made sure to do proper cleaning of my socks to rid them from athletes foot(regular washing does not clean it out of fabric), whenever I washed them. Did it for my shoes as well. I’m sure that was a big help to it clearing up so well.

    Note that if you have athletes foot, keep your dirty socks in a separate laundry bin than the rest of your clothes/away from anyone else’s laundry, and wash them in a load of your socks only. Athletes foot will spread to other clothing if mixed in, and this fungus can infect your genital area.
