    I've been using tea tree oil soap for years, but noticed over time they became more minty and less effective...I'd been dealing with some skin stuff and after exhausting multiple options (dermatologist prescriptions and OTC soaps) I googled "stronger than tea tree oil" and this stuff came up. I bought a bottle...used it once and noticed a massive improvement in my skin. Blew my mind. After a year of running in circles following the advice of doctors...this stuff made more of an impact than anything I had tried up until that point. I ended up buying more, as well as oils, and spreading the news. While this didn't solve my skin stuff, it greatly reduced any inflammation and reduced problem areas and minimized new outbreaks. I'm not usually a "try this oil" type of person, but I'm dead serious when I say I'm a manuka oil fanboy for life.

    My husband has suffered from a rash which has just made his allergist scratch his own head. I've bought soaps and creams, tried otc meds, nothing helped for long. Just a tablespoon of this oil lathers gently and cleans without irritating, softens without leaving a greasy residue, and stops the itch. Even delicate skin is not irritated. It's also helped with toenail fungus which caused him to lose nails on his big toes. I'm impressed, and grateful. And, he smells like something out of a pine forest, not too herbally nor like he's swathed in medicine. Good stuff!

    This body wash flows out of the bottle very quickly. It's clear with a slight odor. It lathers a bit and feels soothing. After washing with it, I did find that the rash on my skin is less and less itchy. To me, it does have a very slight odor which I don't really like. Most of the time I don't notice it, but every once in awhile I wonder what that strange smell it. I will continue to use it because it appears to be helping my skin and, really, the smell is mostly not noticeable.

    I highly recommend the Manuka Oil products! I purchased the wash to accompany the oil I have been using on a bad toenail that had developed fungus rather quickly. I had tried several products and felt I was close to losing my nail (big toe) so I was desperate (& in a lot of pain!). I read about Manuka Oil & decided to try it. However, I ran out of the oil when traveling so stopped using it. Once I returned and went to get a pedicure, it was clear that the oil had really been working. So I purchased more oil and the wash as well. I wanted my husband to try the products as he has several bad toenails and thought the wash would be helpful for his situation. For anyone looking at this product to help with yeast-related issues, I'd recommend rinsing first, applying and leaving it on for 5 minutes, then use a soft brush to rinse off.

    It took me a while to try this due to the price. Manuka oil is expensive itself (it is a cousin of tea tree oil basically), so I wasn't sure if this body wash was going to be worth it. Well, I ordered a second bottle after using this immediately. This is the best soap I have used, and I have been on a quest for the perfect soap for years. If you have tried tea tree oil soaps and they did not help, I would still recommend trying this soap. Manuka oil is not my favorite smell, but I have learned to like it as this soap works so well. (Also, the smell does not linger once you are out of the shower, you will just not stink). Great soap, the closest I have found to perfect!

    I am not convinced that this body wash kills bacteria or fungus and does any of the stuff that they claim. I used it on my face as a prewash before I applied my doctor prescribed ointment for a fungal infection. This seemed to make it worse. I used Hibiclens the next day and it helped greatly. I am a great believer in Manuka honey's medicinal properties used as a dietary supplement or for MRSA but I don't think this stuff does what it claims.
