These inserts have worked very well. Don’t waste your money buying very expensive orthotics. I had to find out the hard way and these work as well as $400.00 inserts.

TIPS
- After wearing for 2-7 days, you may feel pressure on your feet. This is normal because your feet are not used to arch support. We strongly recommend that you start with 1-3 hours a day, and then gradually increase the time each day.
- A force exceeding 80kg will greatly reduce the use time of the insole.
- Replace insoles every three months.
