I put these on with brand new sneakers that had caused me blisters at the back of my foot on my ankle. These Worked!!! There are a couple of problems. I had little ped socks on and these would push those socks down with each step I made until the sock was under my foot around my arch. So, not good with small no show socks. Best to have ankle socks that you can turn down. Also, I noticed that You have to hold the ankle part of this insole as you are slipping your feet into your shoes or the ankle part will sink down and cause the shoe to become much smaller. Wear a size 7 1/2 and the fit perfectly. When I first put them on, I just slipped my feet into my sneaker and my sneaker hurt because they were too small. Then I tried again, but this time, I held onto the part that is supposed to be around the back of your ankle and I pulled it up as I slipped on the sneaker and now my sneakers fit and I am not getting any blisters. It has a soft silky feeling when rubbing against the back of your heal so no blisters! Saved a brand new pair of sneakers from being returned or thrown out.

Hit or miss, my heel keeps sleeping out
As reference I'm a size 5 1/2. I was expecting these insoles to be sticky on the bottom, as finding shoes are hard for me I need the soles to stay in place so a size 6 can feel properly snug on my feet. These slide around A LOT, and this is an error on my part I suppose, but if a shoe fits comfortable around my toes the insole makes them feel cramped in the front and then the sliding makes my heel slip out. This was mostly a waste of money. If someone wants to use these, I would suggest going shopping and putting insoles IN the shoes they want to buy and see if that is comfortable. I wouldn't buy these blindly.

I ordered 4 different insoles from Amazon and am using one photo to write revews for all 4. This item is easy to fit inside shoes because I can cut and adjust the size. Not a lot of support though. Feels like I just added soft yet dense sponge type layer. But is good enough for hard soles shoes. Just gets a bit crowded especially due to the heel support. It will work better for a loose fitting shoes.
