Adjustable Sizes:
Our full-length insoles are convenient to be trimmed along the clear size line for a better fit.
Sizes 4.5-13 are for women and 6-13 for men. Please refer to the dimension table on the picture as a reference.

How to Clean:
Please rinse the insole under the running water and gently wipe it. Do not soak, use brush or any cleaning aid, otherwise the surface cloth may fall off.
Do not expose it to the sun directly. Hang it in an air-ventilated place for air drying.
Do not use hair dryer to forcibly dry the insole, or the insole may change shape.
