    I have found this PHYTO product to be very effective. I am not a new user of this product but have been very pleased with its results for some time. When I moved out of the metropolitan area where I had purchased this product in high end stores, I never thought I would be able to have regular access to it. I was very pleased to find Amazon now carrying this PHYTO product. There is no doubt in my mind as to its effectiveness but to get maximum results you need to do other things as well. You need to eat a hair healthy diet, reduce stress, and not over process your hair. When you do these things, the PHYTO Phytologist Exclusive Scalp & Hair Concentrate will multiply your good results and make your hair noticeably thicker looking and even arrest hair loss. I am a believer in this product.

    I have been using PHYTO products for several years and have always been pleased. Yes, a little pricey, but worth it. This year I have started using PHYTOLOGIST Botanical Scalp & Hair Treatment (shampoo and vials). When purchased from my hair salon -- five stars. When purchased on line: varies; so I am not sure that there is not some knock-offs out there. I order through Amazon because they stand by their products, convenient, and lower price. I did not return my order because I'm not sure it is a knock-off - it is just not as good as when I first started using it. Could be a knock-off or simply could be that my hair loss is just more than it used to be. Yes, I will try one more order from Amazon....if still not working, I'll try purchasing from my salon again.

    This is a beautifully presented set of essential oils for your hair and scalp. You get a nice box* that contains twelve tiny (0.12 oz) vials and an applicator.

    You are meant to apply one vial to your hair every few days after a shampoo and towel dry. The solution has a lovely smell, botanical and a bit sharp, perhaps rosemary? Some essential oils known to promote hair health are rosemary, cedarwood and clary sage.

    This box of 12 vials should last one month; it's suggested you'll notice a difference in hair thickness and volume in three months. So far I enjoy the smell and feel of the oils but it's too early to tell if this has made a difference (though the effects of these oils is well known and I expect good results). Will update.

    This set is rather expensive and would make a terrific gift. The budget conscious, though, might well be able to replicate the solution for much less.

    * When this box arrived and I first opened it the vials were scattered all over the inside of the box. The distributor might consider a packaging insert that would secure them.

    Very interesting product. It arrives in an attractive box (almost gift quality). Inside are small capped vials intended to provide one application. There is also a "dropper" that screws onto the bottle (with cap removed) to dab your scalp with the "liquid". Similar to dying your hair/roots.

    The enclosed instructions are woefully incomplete. Basically says, "make three straight lines down your scalp" (and massage in). Three lines? Where...side-to-side? front-to-back? There are youtubes available, but I wasn't in the mood to sit through a video when I just wanted to test the product. So I focused on the areas of where my hair is thinning the most and then randomly dabbed, massaged in, added my usual small amount of gel & leave-in conditioner and partially blow-dried.

    If I use too much in one area, the combination of my hair and the liquid leaves my hair feeling somewhat clumped and like it's dirty (my fault). If I'm patient, it absorbs well. My hair did "feel" like it was more full upon drying (though that isn't part of its claim).

    Recommended to use three times to freshly washed damp hair (and then dry as usual) per week.

    I'm skeptical these days, but after two weeks (9 applications), something DOES FEEL different. I know that isn't scientific and vague, but I'm still curious to see the results after a month's use. (and I will update then)

    Where I can definitely feel a difference is when I condition (after shampoo) and rinse out the conditioner, I have nowhere near the hair in my hands than before using this product. The claim is that it anchors the hair to the follicle ~ and to that note, I do have far less hair loss after conditioning/rinsing.

    Recommended is 3 months use and if my results continue in this positive direction, I feel encouraged to purchase two more sets at their pricey amount. My hair, with age and thyroid issues, has thinned a lot over the past few years and I'd love to slow that down (or stop it). Interesting product.

    Ahora ya hace 4 meses del tratamiento y no se me cae casi nada !!! Algún pelo suelto, que entiendo que es normal. Me han salido un montón de pelitos nuevos (unos 4-5 cms) y tengo el pelo nuevo muy bonito y brillante.
    Por si acaso, ahora me pongo una ampolla a la semana para mantener. No se si hace falta, pero lo hago para prevenir.
    Estoy muy contenta con el resultado y lo recomiendo, aunque el tratamiento resulta caro.
