I love how I can travel with it. It’s super sturdy so I don’t have to worry about the ball falling off or the top detaching like other Jade rollers I had. I love how quiet it is; I don’t feel like someone it’s scratching the board or something. Moreover, I love how confortable it is to hold. I am very happy with this one and so far it has given me faith that it will last me for a very long time. One thing that caught my attention is all the little extra items it brings. I love using the Gua Sha it helps so much when I get those bad migraines. I also appreciate how it brings a booklet explaining how to use the roller and that Gua Sha. I also love the super soft cloth. I didn’t know I needed something like that and now that I have it I can’t see myself without It.     I first discovered jade rollers a few weeks ago and fell in love, unfortunately it broke three days later. My top priority finding a new one was durability, and this one seems much sturdier. It runs smoothly and doesn't squeak, and can handle a fair amount of pressure. I would definitely buy again! The only thing I'd change is that the Gua Sha tool seems a bit thin, but overall wonderful for the price!!

This one has a solid head fixing and the jade is a beautiful shade of green. I’ve always had puffy eyes in the morning, but after a few minutes of using this cool device the puffiness is gone! Highly recommend it, and the box looks better than the pictures!

    Bought these for Christmas gifts but two of the sets came with one roller on each side unattached. I was able to re-attach them but it makes me doubt the durability and the quality of the product. I tested one roller and the metal is squeaky. One of the Gua Sha tools has a chip and they are all very thin.

    The packaging is nice and giftable, but I was disappointed in the quality of the Jade Rollers and the Gua Sha tools.

    I like the rounded shape of the roller and it is a good size and works for my intended use, which is to massage my face because I get tension in the muscles on my face. The metal handle had a spot of rust when I got it, and the packaging smelled kinda weird, I washed the tools and that got rid of the weird smell.
