Functions:
Promotes metatarsal ball of foot healing, reduces pressure, separates toes and aligns toes.
Treatment:
Relieves sesamoiditis, metatarsophalangeal joint pain, mortons neuroma, metatarsalgia, broken metatarsals, forefoot pain, bunions, calluses, crowding, pressure points, and friction.
Rehabilitation:

Instructions:
Gently stretch the ball of foot pad and separator over your toes and forefoot, position the pad under your metatarsal pad.
Maintenance:
To clean your metatarsal pad wash it off with soap and water, let it air dry before wearing. If the gel becomes sticky apply powder or cornstarch.
Warning:
Do not wear while sleeping. Discontinue use if bruising discomfort, discoloration, irritation, or pain occurs with everyday use. If skin chafing occurs apply thin padding or ointment to prevent irritation.
